As a Mortgage Loan Officer proudly associated with East Coast Mortgage Lenders, Inc., I bring a combination of high-level corporate business, real estate, and lending experience to my work as a loan originator and processor.
I specialize in working very closely with you to help navigate the often-complex loan approval and home-buying process. As buying a home is often the largest financial investment borrowers will make in their lifetimes, I take the time to identify just the right program sourced from a broad range of wholesale lenders, guide you through the application process, negotiate the details and bring you to a successful closing utilizing Conventional, FHA/VA, Jumbo, First Time Home-Buyer, Refinance and Investor loan programs.
Since moving to Martin County from New York in 1999, Keren has raised a son, Benjamin Szentpaly (a successful commercial photographer and multiple business owner), been active in Martin County causes and served clients in the real estate and mortgage businesses for over 22 years. I have devoted my expertise to local non-profits to enhance and protect our beautiful community such as the Education Foundation of Martin County and the State of Florida Historic Landmark designation of the Martin Grade Scenic Highway. As a professional who has built a reputation in our area as a trusted and caring advisor, I am known for being reliable, dedicated and working hard for my clients, many of whom have become lifelong friends because I treat them like family. I pride myself on serving my clients’ repeat business needs and entrusting me with the referrals of their friends.
Fluent in three languages, with a working knowledge of three or so more, I come from a multi-cultural background which has allowed me to thrive throughout a long career in business development with corporate, consumer and government clients in Europe, Asia, Africa, the Middle East, North and South America. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brandeis University in Middle East Studies, graduating with Honors after completing a year of study in Hebrew and Arabic at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel. I am also a graduate of the Hebrew Arts School for Music and Dance in New York City, where I majored in Classical Piano Performance.
During these challenging times, if you are seeking great service and sound advice from a trusted, knowledgeable friend in the community, please give me a call today. I will help you figure out your budget before you begin shopping for a home, or if you already own a home, I can help you cash out some equity to pay for home improvements or pay down some debt. Regardless of your situation, I am always happy to answer any questions and work together on your financing needs!
