The mortgage bug bit me early when in 1978 I closed my first mortgage loan.
After that I’ve spent the last 40 plus years working for Fortune 500 companies like Wells Fargo, JP Morgan Chase and Bank of America. I’m thrilled to be starting a new adventure working for the best local lender in the Treasure Coast area.
My approach to a mortgage application is to take the time to listen and have a thorough understanding of the variables in the transaction. Next, is to gather, review and analyze documents. The more work you put in at the start of the transaction leads to fewer complications further down the road.
Over the course of my career, I’ve worked on all types of lending scenarios. From salaried and retired customers to complicated income structures involving S Corporations, Partnerships, Sole Proprietorships and rental income. I’ve also originated loans on various types of properties, including Single Family, Multifamily and Condominiums.
